During my Sandwich year of University I was employed by Bass plc to create a computer-based training CDROM based on licensing law, using Asymetrix Toolbook software. This involved liaising with internal and external contacts in order to undertake the project management, design and development of the programme. My responsibilities included researching, designing, documenting, and prototyping the programme. After conducting usability and user acceptance testing I also built the programme and carried out system testing. The CDROM was rolled out across licensed premises nationwide.
