Throughout every work experience I have been considered as competent and knowledgeable in the field of communication, writing and editing all public relation material, human resources and general diplomatic relationships. My multi-year experience in the air transportation industry allowed me to achieve strong competence in passenger service and handling, flight operations, ground operations, cargo. I have a record of recognition for safety and handling activities as Flight Operation Supervisor for renowned airlines and handling companies in domestic and international airports. Additionally, I received commendations from AA CEO for my assignment of problem solving and passenger assistance as CARE Italy Country Leader for American Airlines in occasion of an unfortunate event in 1995. My latest employment was as Account Manager for the VIP Loyalty Department at Cassava Enterprises (GIB) Ltd. Since I first started, in late 2004, I have been able to build a good and solid reputation within the Company by successfully carrying out the tasks assigned and developing excellent relationships with colleagues and customers alike. I am presently seeking to return to the airline/airport industry which represents my favorite field of activity and where I have gained more experience through the years.
